Saturday Recap
Freshman Gabi Moll finished third in the women's 200 breaststroke with a time of 2:19.66.
Rodrigo Fernadez finished seventh the 200 Backstroke, place with a time of 1:50.76.
In the women's 400 freestyle relay Catawba took fourth place with a team consisting of Koopmans, Castano, Fortin and Reckmann with a time of 3:31.85.
On the men's side of the 400 freestyle relay, Catawba took fifth place in the final team event of the year. The relay team was swum by Alvarez, Haut, Malul and Hysing,
Friday Recap
Rodrigo Fernandez captured an eighth-place finish in the men's 100 backstroke with a time of 51.10.
Hannah Koopmans and Gabi Moll went sixth and seventh in 100 backstroke with times of 1:06.61 and 1:06.93 respectively.
Jolina Franke captured an eight-place finish in the 200 butterfly with a finals swim time of 2:10.42
Catawba's women's 800 freestyle relay team finished fourth with a 8:00.66 finish. Castano, Koopmans, Peurifoy and Franke all swam well for the impressive outing.
On the men's side of the event, Catawba secured fifth place and completed the event with a time of 7:19.28. Heiermann, Hysing, Rock and Mikesell were the four competing in the 800 freestyle event.
Thursday Night Recap
In the men's 400 medley relay, Catawba finished fifth with a time of 3:32.47. Fernandez, Hysing, Mikesell and Malul took to the pool for Catawba in the event.
Wednesday Night Recap
Catawba started off the first ever SAC Swimming Championships with a solid day one on Wednesday night.
In the women's 200 medley relay Catawba finished third with a time of 1:46.57. Mosley, Koopmans, Reckmann and Pearson took to the water to represent the team.
The men took second in the same event with a time of 1:33.25. Haut, Fernandez, Alvarez and Malul all swam well for what would be one of Catawba's most impressive events of the week.
In the women's 200 freestyle relay with a time of 1:36.60, Catawba finished in third place. The team consisted of Castano, Reckmann, Pearson and Heim.
Catawba men's team finished third in the 200 Freestyle relay on Wednesday with a finals time of 1:24.85. Alvarez, Malul, Haut, Fernandez represented the Catawba Indians.
