Salisbury, N.C. —- The Catawba College beach volleyball team completed their 2023 campaign on Friday afternoon, falling in a pair of matches against Tusculum and Carson-Newman. The Catawba Indians finish their season at 13-13 overall.

Hayes Smith and Katie Willingham took the second set off Tusculum in their match in the opener, but ultimately fell 21-23, 21-16, 12-15, as the Pioneers took all three matchups.

The Eagles also took each of the three matchups. Tusculum defeated Carson-Newman to earn the SAC Challenge title.
