Bethlehem, Pa. —- The Catawba College women's cross country team finished second in the Brown Race at the famous Paul Short Run hosted by Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pa on Saturday afternoon.
Catawba finished behind Division I New Hampshire, but was the only Division II team to finish in the top ten, placing ahead of Division I schools Liberty, Saint Francis and Vermont, who rounded out the top five.
Junior Madi Clay finished fifth as an individual to pace all Catawba runners with a 21:23.3 6K time. Hannah Caudill and Natalie Almond posted top-15 finishes with 12th- and 15th-place marks, respectively.
