Greeneville, Tenn. — The Catawba College beach volleyball team closed up its play in the first of two South Atlantic Conference weekends this season, falling to Erskine and host Tusculum on Saturday.

- Lily Landis and Eliza Liva picked up a win at the 4th-ranked match 22-20, 16-21, 15-10
- Emma Christensen and Brooklyn Calkins won the opening set in the top-ranked match, but fell in three
- Sidney Kettelkamp and Emily Dudley forced a decisive third set with a 22-20 win in the second, but also fell in three
