Surprise, Ariz. —- The seventh-ranked and fifth-seeded Catawba College men's tennis team joined the women as a national semifinalist with a 4-1 win over sixth-ranked and fourth-seeded UT Tyler on Thursday in Surprise, Ariz.

DOUBLES
- UT Tyler won the first- and third-ranked doubles matches to earn the doubles point
SINGLES
- Agustin Mastri earned a quick 6-1, 6-2 win at the top-ranked singles match
- Mateo Berne added a straight-set win, 6-3, 6-4 at #3 singles
- Santiago Passoni picked up a 6-2, 6-3 win at second-ranked singles
- Luca Bergonzi clinched the match after an opening set loss, 4-6, 6-3, 6-3
