Catawba College

Lindsey Turbyfill joined Catawba as an intern athletic trainer in 2022-2023 and now enters her first year as an Assistant Athletic Trainer. She is primarily serving as an athletic trainer for Catawba's football and track & field teams.

Turbyfill graduated from Appalachian State University in 2021 with a Bachelor's in Athletic Training.  During her time at Appalachian State, she worked with the football, wrestling, track & field, and cross-country teams. Turbyfill also worked at Florida State University for one year as an intern athletic trainer with their campus recreation department, where she worked with all of the school's club and intramural sports.

Turbyfill is a board-certified athletic trainer (ATC) and is licensed in the state of North Carolina (LAT). She also holds certifications in First Aid and CPR and is a member of the NATA.
