Catawba College

Pam Barber serves as the Assistant Athletic Director for Business Operations. In this role, she oversees the financial and business operations of the athletic department, supporting coaches, staff, and student-athletes through effective budget management, purchasing, financial tracking, and administrative oversight. Additionally, Pam oversees the Catawba College Athletic Ticket Office.  

Before joining Catawba College Athletics, Pam built a successful career as a Paralegal and Administrative Specialist, bringing nearly 30 years of experience in legal administration, organization, compliance, and operational management. Her extensive professional background has provided a strong foundation for managing complex business functions of a collegiate athletic department. Known for her attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to service, she plays an integral role in supporting the day-to-day success of Catawba College community. She remains committed to ensuring the department operates efficiently while helping create a positive experience for student-athletes, coaches, and staff.
