Salisbury, N.C. — The 8th-ranked Catawba College women's soccer team scored three goals in both halves of its 6-1 win over Tusculum in South Atlantic Conference play at Frock Field on Saturday night.

HOW IT HAPPENED
FIRST HALF
- Ehmer hit the crossbar for Catawba's first threat in the third minute
- Dähne stepped up for a save in the ninth minute
- Tusculum's keeper made three saves before Delair broke through for the game's first score in the 14th minute
- Ehmer converted on a penalty kick in the 25th minute for the eventual game-winner
- Peterson found Delair for her second score of the first half in the 30th minute, leading 3-0 at the half
SECOND HALF
- Singh's first goal as a Catawba Indian came in the 51st minute
- Morin scored on a dish from Matthews just four minutes later to push the lead to 5-0
- Tusculum scored to end the shutout in the 68th minute
- Delair found Gibbs for the final score of the night in the 83rd minute
