LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The Catawba College men's lacrosse team collected the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) Team Academic Award for the 2025 campaign per Tuesday release. The Catawba Indians have been recognized with the honor for three straight seasons.

Catawba is one of 155 teams at all levels, 31 Division II schools, and four South Atlantic Conference members to earn the award. To be recognized, a program must record a team GPA of 3.0 or higher during the 2024-25 academic year.

The blue and white posted their highest win total in over six seasons, going 9-7 in 2025 while appearing in the USILA Top 20 for three weeks.
