Salisbury, N.C. —- Catawba Football hosts UVA Wise over Family Weekend on Saturday, Sept. 13, looking for their first win of South Atlantic Conference play. Know this before you go:

Catawba Walk
Join the Catawba College Marching Band as they welcome the team into the stadium at 3 p.m. The team will enter through the visitors' side of the stadium adjacent to the beach volleyball courts.
Box Office & Digital Ticketing
Fans who purchase tickets will receive them digitally on their mobile device. They will be scanned at the stadium gates for entry. Fans will have to show their ticket if they leave and need to reenter the stadium. Credit cards are the preferred method of payment.

Parking
Parking for football gamedays has been adjusted from previous seasons. The Ketner lot is now closed due to dormitory construction.The following lots are open for paid entry:
- Shuford lot adjacent to Shuford Stadium - reserved or general admission ($25)
- Gravel lot adjacent to Newman Park - general admission ($20)
- Grassy lot parking along Robin Road (15-20 space) - general admission ($20)
- Whitley Field (softball) lot - general admission ($10)
Overflow parking with free shuttle services are available at the Robertson College Community Center and Food Lion (123 Mahaley Ave.) from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. before kickoff and 8:45 p.m. to 10 p.m. following the game
Clear Bag Policy
Catawba College requires all fans and spectators to carry their belongings in clear bags as an added safety precaution for all football events. Catawba College branded clear bags will be available for purchase via cash or credit card at the entry gate for $5. Fans are also encouraged to bring their own clear bags.
Security Screening
As part of Catawba Athletics' commitment to providing a safe game day environment, all guests are required to undergo security screening prior to entry at Shuford Stadium.
Prohibited Items
- NO Umbrellas will be allowed inside the stadium
- No artificial noise makers such as whistles and air horns
Beer Garden
Inside the stadium, enjoy a beverage at the Beer Garden. The Beer Garden will be stationed in the back of the East end zone opposite the video board and will be open to all fans over the age of 21. It will feature a wide selection of beer in a unique location to allow fans to get an up-close and personal view of the game.
Pet Policy
No pets are allowed at Catawba College Athletic events at our enclosed facilities (Shuford Stadium & Newman Park) except for service animals.
Tailgate Policies
Tailgate may begin four (4) hours prior to kick-off and the parking lot is to be emptied no more than two (2) hours after the game has ended. Tailgating will be allowed (6) hours before kickoff for Homecoming
- No gas-powered generators are allowed
- Propane/gas grills are allowed. Propane tanks will be limited to no more than 10 gallons per vehicle
- Kegs are NOT permitted
- No glass containers – use cans, plastic cups or plastic bottles only
- No tents can be erected in paved parking lots due to space limitations and for emergency access in and out of the lots
- No indoor-use furniture should be placed in tailgate areas such as sofas or recliners
- No designated parking space may be used for grills, chairs, tables or anything other than vehicle parking
- No pets are allowed in any of the parking lots during tailgating hours
- Out of courtesy to others, only portable radio/stereo units will be allowed. For safety reasons, stereo units requiring an external power source are not allowed. Volume and the language in music must be appropriate for all ages.
