GREENVILLE, S.C. — The Catawba College men's soccer team embarks on its final road trip of the regular season Tuesday, visiting the Palmetto State to face Bob Jones University of the National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) at 7 p.m.
Last Time Out
- Catawba last took the field on Friday against South Atlantic Conference foe Mars Hill, suffering a 2-1 loss in the High Country
- The Catawba Indians created more opportunities, firing 12 shots with five on goal (versus MHU's nine and two) while taking four corners and holding the Lions to none

Payton Finds Paydirt

Leading the Way
- Máté Kenyeres remains the Catawba Indians' top scorer with six goals and 12 points while unsurprisingly leading the lineup with 30 shots
- Tomas Kelly has delivered and dished his share of goals, scoring three times with three assists to total nine points
- Giovanni Benericetti paces the conference with four assists, followed by Kelly's three and four players with one apiece
- In net, Vara has stacked up 34 saves with a 1.42 goals-against average and a .667 save percentage in his rookie campaign

- Tuesday will mark the first-ever meeting between Catawba and BJU
- This season, Catawba is 3-1 in non-conference play with a 2-1-2 ledger in weekday matchups
