HEAR FROM COACH BROWN & ALI SKINNER
- Brown: "Just a good, gritty victory against a good Carson-Newman team on the road. Anytime you can come out here and get a win, it's obviously a big one. Those guys are in the national tournament almost every year and getting to conference championships, so anytime you come here and get three points, it's good."
- Skinner: "[The defense's effectiveness] all starts off the field and we have great chemistry. We all love each other and we all want to play for each other. Jenni does a great job back there and it all came together and we're going to continue doing that."
