LOUISVILLE, Ky. — The Catawba College men's lacrosse program has received the USILA Team Academic Award for the fourth consecutive season per the association's recent announcement. The national honor is presented to programs who record a team GPA of 3.0 or higher.
The Catawba Indians join fellow South Atlantic Conference members Anderson and Lenoir-Rhyne to make three league representatives. Among the 147 NCAA programs recognized, Catawba is among the six at all levels from North Carolina.
Catawba is one of 29 Division II institutions who garnered the Team Academic Award in 2026; only 14 have won the award in each of the past four years.
