Charlotte, N.C. — Catawba College seniors Will Lyons and James Shue earned spots in the top ten of the Men's Gold 8K of the Royals Challenge hosted by Queens University of Charlotte at McAlpine Park.
 
Lyons was the top Catawba finisher with a mark of 24:35.66, good for sixth place. Shue was not far behind with a ninth-place 24:48.05.
