Rock Hill, S.C. — The Catawba College women's indoor track and field team were picked to finish third in the South Atlantic Conference preseason coaches poll, the league office announced Thursday afternoon.
The Catawba Indians received one first-place vote with a total of 106 points. Wingate and Lenoir-Rhyne were picked to finish first and second.

Lilly Wolf and
Jamelia Nicholas were named Athletes to Watch.
Egberi is coming off of a runner-up finish in the long jump at the 2025 SAC Indoor Championships.
Catawba opens its track season this weekend, splitting up between the Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener hosted at Boston University on Saturday and the JDL Earlybird Invitational on Sunday in Winston-Salem.
