Evansville, Ind. — Catawba College sophomore Nazar Heraschenko earned a top-five national finish in the Men's 500 Freestyle to highlight Catawba Men's Swimming's Day Four at the NCAA National Championships in Evansville, Ind. on Friday.

PRELIMS
500-Yard Freestyle
- Nazar Herashchenko clocked the second-fastest time in the Men's 500 Free prelims with a 4:20.67
100-Yard Breaststroke
- Maks Minichowski earned another Championship A final spot in the Men's 100 Breast, placing fourth with a mark of 52.86 seconds
200-Yard Butterfly
- Cameron Watson raced to a 1:47.15 time in the Men's 200 Fly, placing 21st and just outside of the cut for the finals
FINALS
500-Yard Freestyle
- Herashchenko was fifth in the 500 Free finals, good for another top-five finish
100-Yard Breaststroke
- Minichowski was eighth in the 100 Breast final, with a time of 53.40
200-Yard Freestyle Relay
- Catawba's Men's 200 Free Relay team was disqualified during competition
